You might be in the situation where you wanted to mirror your phone screen to your PC or Laptop for one reason or the other. Casting your android screen on your Windows PC is pretty easy as Windows and Android phones form Android 4.4.2 have inbuilt options for casting. Here is how you cast your Android screen to a PC running Windows 10.

Note: Before proceeding, make sure the two devices are connected to the network and your Laptop is connected to a power source.

Step 1: Go to Windows Setting on your PC, press + I and click on System.

Step 2: Go to Projecting to this PC and make sure under the Some Windows and Android devices can project to this PC when you say it’s OK, is set to Available everywhere or whatever is suitable to you.

By doing this, your PC is ready to receive the display from your Android phone. Now to make sure your Android phone is ready to cast on the PC.

Step 3: If you are using Android Oreo, then go to your notification tray and select Cast.

Step 4: Your PC name will be displayed and all you have to do now is select it and tap on Yes button.

Now your phone will cast its screen to your computer and show whatever you do on your phone on your computer screen.
